Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Cancellation by the Guest
Deposits are non-refundable. The property reserves the right to retain the deposit as compensation under the following conditions:

a) In case of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.

b) If the cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to the check-in date, the stay may be rescheduled, subject to availability and possible rate differences.

c) In case of no-show, late arrival, early departure, or failure to complete the reserved stay, the full amount of the reservation will be charged as originally booked.

Property Rules & Care
Towels provided in the apartments are for indoor use only and must not be taken outside the property. Towels must not be used for cleaning floors, as doormats, or for removing makeup. Please take proper care of all linens. In case of stains that cannot be removed, the replacement cost will be charged according to current market prices.

Apartments must be returned in the same condition as received, including clean dishes and kitchenware. Unwashed dishes will result in a minimum charge equivalent to one additional hour of cleaning. Any extra cleaning required beyond normal use will be charged accordingly. Cleaning fees are subject to change based on current market rates at the time the service is required.

Payment & Reservation Conditions
A reservation is confirmed with a 50% deposit. Reservations without a deposit will be automatically canceled after 48 hours. Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Additional Policies

• Check-in time: from 4:00 PM
• Check-out time: until 11:00 AM
Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.

• The maximum occupancy of the apartment must not be exceeded. Only registered guests are allowed to stay.

• Guests are responsible for any damage, loss, or breakage caused during their stay. Repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly.

• Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited in order to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood.

• Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments. Pets are not permitted unless previously authorized in writing.

• The property is not responsible for personal belongings left in the apartment or common areas.

• In cases of force majeure (including weather conditions, flight cancellations, road closures, or other circumstances beyond our control), no refunds will be issued.
