Frequently Asked Questions - Reservations & Policies

  • Reservations are confirmed with a 50% deposit, paid via transfer or card through Smoobu.
    The remaining balance is paid in cash at check-in.

  • Reservations without a deposit are held for 48 hours.
    After that time, the booking is automatically canceled.

  • No. Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation.

  • Yes. If you cancel at least 30 days before check-in, your stay may be rescheduled, subject to availability and possible rate changes.
    The deposit is not refunded but can be applied to the new dates.

  • In case of no-show, late arrival, or early departure, the full stay will be charged as originally booked.

  • Towels are provided for use inside the apartment only.
    They may not be used outside, for cleaning floors, makeup removal, or other purposes.

    Damaged or permanently stained towels will be charged according to current market prices.
